Preamble: The site is the property of Bonjour Cocotte in its entirety. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is systematically subject to the authorization of the owners. The designs and models are registered with the INPI.
- Acceptance of the conditions: The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the specific conditions of sale stated on this screen and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between Bonjour Cocotte and its customer, both parties accepting them without reservation. These general conditions of sale will prevail over all other conditions appearing in any other document, except prior, express and written exemption. These conditions may be modified at any time and without notice by Bonjour Cocotte , which will immediately reflect the changes made on the site.

Products and Availability: The photographs illustrating the products do not enter into the contractual field. If errors have been introduced, Bonjour Cocotte cannot be held responsible under any circumstances. Each product is unique from a unique series (silk scarf): in the event of unavailability or defects, it may be changed for another piece from the same pattern without incurring the liability of Bonjour Cocotte . Our products are valid as long as they are on the site within the limits of available stocks. In the event of unavailability after placing the order (inability to supply a piece from a series), Bonjour Cocotte will inform the customer by email or telephone. The customer will be offered a replacement item or a refund for the item if the amount of the item has been debited. Personalized products are neither returned nor exchanged.
3. Order: Bonjour Cocotte confirms acceptance of the order to the customer at the email address provided by the customer. The sale will only be concluded once the order has been confirmed. Bonjour Cocotte reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over the payment of a previous order. The information provided by the buyer when placing the order is binding on the buyer: in the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product.
- Delivery: We deliver worldwide. Packages are shipped via La Poste, by tracked Collissimo depending on the nature of the items ordered. Delivery is made within 1 week in mainland France and within 1 to 2 weeks in Europe. For other destinations, delivery times vary depending on the destination country. These delivery times are given as an indication by La Poste. Exceeding these deadlines cannot justify the cancellation of your order without prior agreement from Bonjour Cocotte . Any delays do not give the buyer the right to claim damages. War, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied are considered cases of force majeure releasing the seller from his obligation to deliver. In the event of non-delivery independent of Bonjour Cocotte , in the absence of complaints from the buyer after 80 days following the order, no refund will be accepted. You can have your order delivered to your home or to any address you wish. In this case, specify the delivery address when ordering. You can also offer a gift, the person will receive their gift wrapped, accompanied by the message you indicated when ordering. If you want several delivery locations, you must place several orders, with the corresponding delivery costs.
Delivery abroad : for any shipment outside Metropolitan France and Corsica, the items travel at the buyer's risk. Bonjour Cocotte cannot be held responsible in the event of loss or damage.
In case of absence, your postman will leave a notice of passage mentioning the date and the address of the post office where the parcel can be collected upon presentation of an identity document. At any time, thanks to the number that Bonjour Cocotte will have communicated to you by email, you will be able to track your parcel by logging on to the website www.coliposte.net
- Receiving the package: When you receive your package, check its contents in the presence of the delivery person. If you notice any damage, you must describe it on the delivery note provided for this purpose.
- Shipping costs: Free shipping for purchases over €70 for mainland France. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package.
- Money back guarantee: You have 7 days (from receipt of the items) to make up your mind. In the event of an exchange or refund, return the new item in its original packaging, intact, accompanied by all possible accessories (instructions, documentation, etc.). Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be accepted. The item(s) must be returned to the following address: Bonjour Cocotte 15 rue Voltaire 92320 Châtillon. The shipping costs and risks of return remain the responsibility of the buyer. No cash on delivery will be accepted. Reimbursement of returned products is due within a maximum of 15 days. ANY RETURN MUST BE THE SUBJECT OF A PRIOR AGREEMENT BY Bonjour Cocotte , by telephone or by email. CUSTOMIZED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
- Price: Prices are expressed in euros. The price indicated on the product sheets does not include transport. The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price and includes all taxes. Bonjour Cocotte reserves the right to modify the price at any time. However, for any accepted order, Bonjour Cocotte guarantees the prices applied on the date the order is placed. An invoice for your purchases can be provided to you upon simple request (VAT not applicable, article 293B of the CGI).

- Disputes: This contract is subject to French law. Bonjour Cocotte cannot be held responsible for damages of any kind, whether material, immaterial or physical, which could result from a malfunction or misuse of the products sold. The same applies to any modifications to the products resulting from the manufacturers. Bonjour Cocotte 's liability will, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be called into question for simple errors or omissions which could have remained despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products. Complaints or disputes will be received with attentive goodwill, good faith always being presumed in the person who takes the trouble to explain his situation. In the event of a dispute, the customer will contact the company as a priority to obtain an amicable solution. Failing this, the Commercial Court shall have sole jurisdiction, regardless of the place of delivery and the method of payment accepted.
11. Warranty: In all cases Bonjour Cocotte cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with the regulatory and legislative provisions in force in the country of receipt, Bonjour Cocotte 's liability being systematically limited to the value of the product in question, value on its date of sale and this without the possibility of recourse against the brand or the company producing the product. In any event, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee of eviction and hidden defects (art. 1625 et seq. of the Civil Code). On condition that the buyer proves the hidden defect, the seller must legally repair all the consequences (art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code); if the buyer goes to court, he must do so within a "short period" from the discovery of the hidden defect (art. 1648 of the Civil Code).
- Legal information: The information collected for the purposes of distance selling is mandatory, this information being essential for the processing and delivery of orders and the preparation of invoices. Failure to provide information will result in the order not being validated. In accordance with the "Informatique et Libertés" law, the processing of personal information relating to customers has been declared to the National Commission for Information Technology and Liberties (CNIL). The customer has (article 34 of the law of 6 January 1978) a right of access, modification, rectification and deletion of data concerning him, a right that he can exercise with Bonjour Cocotte .
